Mike brings over 20 years of expertise in technology innovation, business strategy, and enterprise growth helping deliver platforms, products, and capabilities. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in technology innovation, business strategy, and enterprise growth. He’s led major initiatives at companies like GE, where he headed Digital Learning globally, and at Cognizant, where he served as the Global Learning Leader. Most recently, Mike was a Partner at PwC, where he helped launch the Future of Work practice, pioneering innovative thinking around workforce and organizational needs.

With a proven track record in leadership roles across multiple sectors, Mike will guide Problem Solutions helping to deliver advisory support and implementation services — such as AI Accelerator and AI QuickWins — to a growing portfolio of global clients. He will play a key role in ensuring Problem Solutions is strategically aligned, operationally efficient, and focused on helping clients push the boundaries of AI, technology, and human-centered innovation.
