  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

The technologies we use may include:

  • Cookies or Browser Cookies: A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our Service. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our Service may use cookies.
  • Web Beacons: Certain sections of our Service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics.

Cookies can be “Persistent” or “Session” Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on your device when you go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser.

We group cookies and similar technologies into four categories. Only the first category is set without asking you. The other three are set only after you choose to allow them in the consent banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the “Manage Consent” link in the site footer.

Necessary (always on): essential to make the Website work, to remember your consent choices, and to protect our forms from automated abuse. These never leave our own systems. Examples: the Complianz consent-status cookies (cmplz_*), the WP Consent API cookies (wp_consent_*).

Preferences: remember choices you make on the Website, such as a language or region.

Statistics (opt-in): let us measure how the Website is used so we can improve it. Provided by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). Set only after you allow Statistics. Cookies: _ga, ga* (up to 2 years). What is sent to Google: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and a random visitor identifier. We do not send your name, email, or form contents to Google. We have IP anonymization enabled and do not use Google Signals or advertising features.

Marketing (opt-in): let us recognize when a company we may already be in contact with visits the Website. Provided by Apollo.io (Apollo.io, Inc.) through its website-visitor tracker. Set only after you allow Marketing. What is sent to Apollo: pages viewed, IP address, device and browser type, and a visitor identifier that Apollo may match to a business contact in its own database. We use this to prioritize follow-up with organizations, not to serve advertising.

If you do nothing in the banner, or choose “Deny”, the Statistics and Marketing technologies are never loaded and no request is sent to Google or Apollo from your browser.

The contact, subscription and career forms are protected by spam-prevention checks that run entirely on this Website. No third-party CAPTCHA service is used.

SMS Message Communication

We may send any Problem Solutions, LLC Text (SMS) Message, either directly or via a third-party agent or authorized service provider, through your communication service provider in order to deliver it to you. You agree that your communication services provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This includes affiliate or business partners; the opt-in is not transferable to another party involved in their process.

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a consumer-privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. The only sharing of personal information from your browser is the opt-in analytics and visitor-identification described above, which you control through the consent banner. To exercise any right, contact us through the Contact page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
